The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust

The Royal Marsden provides inpatient, day care and outpatient services for all areas of cancer treatment. It is the largest cancer centre in Europe with over 40,000 patients from the UK and abroad seen each year.

williamswoodward undertook a review of the Royal Marsden’s Agresso 54 system implementation to prepare an outline plan with recommendations on how to approach the upgrade of the system.

This was followed with the appointment to undertake client side Project Management and Project Director Services to facilitate the successful upgrade to Agresso Business World 55.
